The HR Business Partner is a senior leader responsible for shaping and delivering the full people performance agenda for Institutional Europe, Global Corporate Accounts, and PPM EurAsia.
This role acts as the primary strategic advisor to business leaders, owning the design and execution of the People Strategy required to achieve regional commercial ambitions.
The incumbent must drive organizational effectiveness by leading workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning while orchestrating global COE delivery.
