Job Summary

  • The HR Business Partner is a senior leader responsible for shaping and delivering the full people performance agenda for Institutional Europe, Global Corporate Accounts, and PPM EurAsia.
  • This role acts as the primary strategic advisor to business leaders, owning the design and execution of the People Strategy required to achieve regional commercial ambitions.
  • The incumbent must drive organizational effectiveness by leading workforce planning, talent reviews, and succession planning while orchestrating global COE delivery.
