Salary

Base: $138,100 - $157,700; Bonus/Equity: Performance based incentive compensation including cash bonus and/or long term incentives; Benefits: Comprehensive health, financial and other benefits

Key Requirements

  • At least 4 years in Sales Acquisition or Business Development
  • Minimum 2 years managing or coaching SDR or inside sales team
  • At least 2 years meeting sales quotas and growing pipeline
  • Minimum 2 years experience with CRM software like Salesforce
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience preferred
  • Experience in B2B card products in financial services
  • No sponsorship for employment authorization
