Job Summary

• The Vice-President of Retail Risk Controls and Oversight leads a 2nd Line of Defense function responsible for developing programs and methods that ensure compliance to lending policy and regulatory credit risk requirements for Retail Estate Secured Lending and other retail products.
• This role is accountable for overseeing the development of quality assurance programs, exception monitoring systems, reporting on issues, emerging risks, trends, and insights, and making recommendations to increase awareness and mitigate risks.
