Job Summary
Assist the Family Service Counselors with interment verifications, blind checks and memorials.
Holds self-accountable for prospecting a minimum of 1-2 hours each day and obtains referrals from families served by the location.
Responds to client inquiries in a timely, respectful, sensitive and professional manner and builds trust-based relationships.
