Job Summary

  • Installs, repairs, replaces and inspects pipes, fittings, and plumbing fixtures to maintain heating, water, gas and drainage.
  • Understands and operates all major components of essential systems, including: boiler plant, chiller plant, generator plant, med air and vac pumps, sprinkler system and fire pump, fire alarm, and the workings of hot and cold domestic systems.
  • Analyzes and corrects problems related to normal building maintenance situations.
