Key Requirements

  • 5 years of ServiceNow platform experience
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations
  • Experience with Agile framework
  • Experience with Core, KM, Change, Incident, Problem, Asset modules
  • Experience building business rules, client scripts, notifications
  • Knowledge of LDAP, SSO, user/group/role implementation
  • Knowledge of CMDB concepts
  • Debugging and Troubleshooting experience
  • Certified System Administrator (SNOW) qualification
