Key Requirements
5 years of ServiceNow platform experience
Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field, or equivalent experience
Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS
Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations
Experience with Agile framework
Experience with Core, KM, Change, Incident, Problem, Asset modules
Experience building business rules, client scripts, notifications
Knowledge of LDAP, SSO, user/group/role implementation
Knowledge of CMDB concepts
Debugging and Troubleshooting experience
Certified System Administrator (SNOW) qualification
