Job Summary
This role will be responsible for developing close partnerships with the Performance Coatings Group's business units and Global Supply Chain to clearly identify the needs and define projects and project priorities for SW global industrial colorant platforms – development to commercialization.
Manage technical staff and drive R&D development projects from ideation to market implementation of new colorant formulations for internal and external partners.

Salary
Base: $108,531 - $140,085 annually; Bonus/Equity: Bonus based on performance; Benefits: Health, dental, vision, FSA, disability, retirement, savings, generous time away

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in STEM field
3+ years supervisory experience
