Must-have
Extensive EMEA employee relations experience
Deep knowledge of European labour laws
Works Council management across multiple countries
Leading complex investigations and restructures
Experience with Trade Unions and social partners
Nice-to-have
Multilingual capabilities in European languages
Data analytics for ER case trends
Strong presentation and training skills
Cultural awareness of distinct labour landscapes
Experience in matrixed global organizations
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
Preferably CIPD qualified
Proven track record in sensitive ER matters
Fluent in English and ideally another European language
