This role involves working with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure the highest degree of quality care and provides direct resident/patient care.
Key duties include coordinating staff recruitment, payroll, employee benefits, and conducting/documenting drills, while also identifying education needs and organizing in-service programs.
