Job Summary
Lead and oversee Control & Monitoring activities, ensuring independence from payment/settlement units, and serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external inspections and audits.
Drive the strict monitoring and accurate posting of customer asset segregation, in adherence to Japanese regulations, encompassing data collection, documentation, calculation, reconciliation, and ledger posting.
Initiate, develop, and implement robust internal rules and guidance within Markets Operations to effectively mitigate risks and ensure strict compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements
