Job Summary

  • Manage end-to-end operations of assigned distributors in the SOCCSKSARGEN region, ensuring achievement of sales targets, volume objectives, and KPIs.
  • Drive numeric & weighted distribution in GT, WS, and emerging MT accounts, ensuring availability, pricing compliance, and promo execution.
  • Train distributor sales teams on selling skills and product knowledge, supporting recruitment and performance monitoring of sales personnel.
