Job Summary

  • As Corporate Actions officer, your mission will be to manage corporate actions activity: Income operations: dividend, interest payments relating to securities products, Events operations : occurring during the life of securities: merger, subscriptions, Tender offer, stock split…
  • Detailed tasks and responsibilities include receiving operations, analyzing events, inputting operations, verifying customer positions, and sending event details to customers.
  • We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor level with financial orientation, excellent analytical, judgment and organizational skills, good team spirit, ability to work in autonomy, fluent in French and good knowledge in English.
