Job Summary
The role ensures consistent profitability of the store by implementing national and regional standards in sales, customer service, merchandising, marketing, public relations, staff training, reclamation and product donation flow, transportation, and processing of in-store donations.
The incumbent will be responsible for directing all operations of the store to meet sales targets and control expenses while maintaining customer service standards.
This position reports directly to the District Manager and supervises a team of 10 or more full-time, part-time, and/or volunteers.
