Job Summary
As a technology analyst, you will intervene in IT service management infrastructures, be responsible for the maintenance and evolution of these environments, and contribute to the design of new services.
You will actively participate in projects and operations directly related to the ITSM tool, as well as various development needs.
Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the CMDB Assets, including structure, automations, and import processes, to ensure data quality and reliability.
