Deliver direct patient care and support, ensuring high nursing standards, conducting patient assessments, devising care plans, and assisting in outpatient procedures.
Candidates should have experience with triage, particularly phone-based triage, and prior experience in primary care, especially family medicine, is strongly preferred.
