Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2-3 years experience as building operating engineer
  • Experience in high-pressure steam plant (500 BHP)
  • Experience with centrifugal chillers (750 tons or greater)
  • Working knowledge of building automation systems
  • Working knowledge of system controls
  • Working knowledge of fire alarm systems
