Job Summary
This role works at the operational and execution level supporting the Senior Manager (HR Lead for Continental Europe) and regional HR Advisory team to execute employee lifecycle processes across multiple client groups, locations and business stakeholders.
The HR Advisor supports the Continental Europe businesses located in France, Spain, Copenhagen, Amsterdam, and Switzerland, providing guidance and co-ordination between the business, HR Operations and senior HR leadership.
Play an active role within the team environment, working collaboratively with HR COEs, sharing knowledge and business insights to facilitate joined up HR execution.
