This role will work with CMS users, content creators, and digital partners to apply shared standards, workflows, and best practices across a large, distributed web and digital ecosystem.
Develop and maintain training materials and documentation for Penn State’s CMS platforms, including Contentful and WordPress (CampusPress), supporting consistent use of standards, workflows, and governance models.
