  • The role requires participating in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies and developing written discharge plans.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in this state
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2 years or more experience in long-term care
  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge of PCC preferred
