Job Summary

  • Provide strategic and practical legal guidance across commercial, contractual, and regulatory matters, ensuring contracts are structured effectively and risks are managed appropriately.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including client contracts, media vendor agreements, ad tech arrangements, and data/IP licensing.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and effective risk management across business activities, supporting data privacy and corporate governance.
