The Assistant Property Manager supports Property Managers in managing all aspects of commercial, industrial, or retail properties, including marketing, operations, and financial activities.
Essential duties include ensuring services are provided consistent with policies, reviewing vendor invoices, assisting with tenant reconciliations, coordinating lease administration, and responding to tenant needs.
The role requires intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, strong communication abilities, financial knowledge, analytical skills, and organizational skills.
