Coordinate and implement all Chemical Lab activities related to physical, chemical and sensory testing according to the company and ISO 9001:2000 requirements.
Assures that the requirements, established in Kraft Foods Microbiological Manual are fulfilled.
Supervise laboratory personnel to strictly follow the laboratory practices and procedures in order to prevent laboratory accidents and avoid microbiological contamination within laboratory facilities.
