Job Summary

  • Your mission is to process connote data, load manifests, and POD documentation, support the accurate manifesting of Intermodal Freight, validate data, escalate exceptions early, and resolve issues fast.
  • Success looks like fewer errors and cleaner connotes, freight manifested accurately and on time, exceptions resolved early, and strong support for revenue integrity and customer service.
  • You will join a tight, experienced team that cross-trains, backs each other, and jumps in wherever needed in a practical, paper-based and operational environment.
