Job Summary
Treat patients as directed by Physical Therapist, recording daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes per PT Board.
Assist in maintaining the department, participating in Patient Care and Rehabilitation Conferences, and cleaning the treatment area.
Communicate with supervisor and other health team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans, and instruct patient's families or nursing staff in maintenance programs.
