Job Summary

  • At Cherrydale Post Acute we believe in planting roots with many long-term staff members and a dedicated leadership team.
  • Your primary role as MDS Director is to assess resident care needs, direct and supervise staff, and coordinate with the Inter-Disciplinary Team to develop individualized care plans.

Key Requirements

  • Current unencumbered South Carolina nursing license
  • Current CPR certification
  • MDS experience within last 2 years in Skilled Nursing
  • Maintain required continuing education and licensing
  • Experience with PCC preferred
