• This role is responsible for driving high-quality, scalable hiring delivery across the Global Capability Center (GCC) location, ensuring alignment with global standards, operational excellence, and business priorities.
• Lead end-to-end hiring delivery across the GCC location, ensuring achievement of hiring targets with speed, quality and operational discipline.
