Drive the adoption of copilots, enterprise assistants, and GenAI solutions, defining change management strategies including communication, training, enablement, and usage tracking.
Support business development, proposals, account growth, and practice positioning, while advising on platform selection and build/buy/partner approaches.

Key Requirements
+10 years of experience in consulting, digital transformation, change management, or technology
Experience leading complex transformation programs, ideally with a focus on AI, GenAI, automation, or enterprise productivity
Knowledge of LLMs, copilots, assistants, RAG, prompt engineering, governance, and Responsible AI
Experience in organizational adoption, change management, and benefit capture
Strong executive, commercial, and team leadership capabilities
Advanced English proficiency
University degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Systems, or related fields
