Develop deep knowledge of customer projects and tech stacks to provide expert guidance on Unity products; help customers design technical solutions, integrate new capabilities into their pipelines, and accelerate project success.
Directly influence Unity's product roadmap by monitoring customer feedback and sentiment, surfacing insights from your portfolio, and championing findings through Voice of the Customer reports.
