Job Summary

• The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during the assigned tour of duty to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
• This role involves administrative, personnel, nursing care, safety, equipment, care plan, and budget functions to support nursing services and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• The RN Night Supervisor participates in staff development, quality assurance, and facility surveys, and maintains communication with residents, families, physicians, and other departments.
