Candidates must have a university degree in engineering, economics, business administration, project management or equivalent, and proficiency in oral and written English.
The role requires a minimum of fifteen (15) years of working experience, with at least five (5) years in Sub-Saharan African countries and ten (10) years managing large scale infrastructure programmes.

Key Requirements
University degree in engineering, economics, business administration, project management or equivalent
Certification in Programme Management or Project Management (PgMP or PMP from PMI or equivalent)
Minimum 15 years working experience
At least 5 years working in Sub-Saharan African countries
At least 10 years managing large scale infrastructure programmes
Team leader in a minimum of one large-scale infrastructure project (CAPEX > EUR 100m)
At least 5 years project/programme management experience
At least 5 years knowledge of green energy, decarbonisation policy dialogues
Involvement in minimum 4 infrastructure projects in developing countries
Proven experience working with EIB, EU and/or other IFI’s
