Skills & Requirements
Must-have
7+ years UX or product design experience
2+ years designing AI-powered products
Expertise in conversational and multi-turn flows
Experience with fallback and recovery patterns
Strong background in Information Architecture
Nice-to-have
Proficiency with Figma and modern prototyping tools
Experience using generative AI tooling like Lovable
Knowledge of A2UI design system patterns
Ability to influence senior leadership on strategy
Background in UX writing and prompt engineering
Key Requirements
BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, CS, or equivalent practical experience
Portfolio demonstrating systems thinking and agent-based interaction design
Proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams including Engineering and Research
