Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current regulations.
  • You will participate in developing, maintaining, and updating written policies and procedures to govern the nursing service department functions.
  • This role requires ensuring that all nursing service personnel comply with job descriptions and that sufficient licensed staff are available for every shift.
