Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to direct the day-to-day functions of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern nursing facilities to assure that the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
Responsible for the overall operational functioning of the facility, including planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the facility’s programs and activities.
Ensures all employees, residents and families are treated with the utmost respect and actively involved in resolving HR issues and Risk Management situations within the facility.
