The primary purpose of this job is to provide assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plans.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality, reporting changes in resident conditions promptly, and assisting residents with daily functions including personal care and mobility.
Employees are expected to cooperate with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet residents' needs and to participate in regular nursing personnel meetings for service improvement.
