Job Summary
The Care Partner provides direct, age-specific care to a patient or group of patients based on medical orders and the plan of care under the direction of the RN or licensed independent practitioner.
Functions under direction of a licensed independent practitioner, manager and/or RN in providing patient care, emotional support, and problem solving; all in accordance with hospital, nursing and unit policy/procedure.
Care Partners work all three shifts, weekends and holidays, with schedules adjusted as necessary to meet unit requirements.
