Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in the battery or EV industry
  • Exposure to high-voltage battery systems
  • Understanding of BMS, CAN communication, and automotive diagnostic protocols
  • Working knowledge of APQP, PPAP, and automotive product development cycles
  • Understanding of safety standards such as ISO 26262
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%
