Job Summary

• As a Senior Specialist, Order Management, you’ll become the primary point of contact for your assigned North American sales regions, coordinating complex, high‑value medical equipment orders that directly support patient care.
• You’ll partner closely with sales, distribution, manufacturing, and customers to ensure every order—from product evaluations to multi‑truck hospital bed deliveries—is executed accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional service.
• This position is based in Batesville, IN and follows a hybrid schedule, with on‑site presence required several days per week—especially during onboarding.
