Base: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for incentive pay; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, tuition reimbursement

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum two years customer service experience preferred
Medical/dental clinic experience highly desirable
Successful demonstration of care advocacy via electronic exam
Successful demonstration of case presentations to management
