Job Summary
Assist the Childcare Programmer in the coordination and participation of social recreation, educational and support activities and resources for families living in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver.
Collaboratively working with RayCam childcare and recreation programs within the centre and actively leading activities, with emphasis on supporting marginalized families, increasing caregivers’ capacity and supporting child and caregiver bond.
Building and fostering positive and healthy relationships with staff, children and families; Liaising and networking with a variety of social service agencies and make referrals to appropriate agencies.
