Must-have

  • Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
  • Current Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner
  • High School diploma plus 2 years direct respiratory care experience OR Associate's degree
  • Ability to lift and carry weight 100+ lbs
  • Capability to don N95 masks and PAPR equipment

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's degree in Respiratory care
  • ACCS, NPS, ACLS certifications
  • Experience with arterial blood gases (ABG)
  • Collaborative teamwork environment
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion

Key Requirements

  • Must be a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
  • Must hold current Arkansas Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner (LRCP)
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States required
  • Minimum 2 years direct respiratory care experience or Associate's degree
  • Subject to pre-employment screening including criminal background and drug testing
