  • Spa Attendants and Concierges provide the highest level of customer service to ensure a smooth welcome and departure for all guests as well as maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout combined Spa and Fitness areas.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; accommodate special requests whenever possible; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with Spa and Fitness services.

Salary

Hourly: $23.17 Attendant & $24.76 Concierge; Benefits: Cigna medical and dental benefit options, 8 weeks of New Parental Leave Pay after one year of employment, Complimentary accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Complimentary Employee Meals, 401k Retirement Plans

Key Requirements

  • High School education or equivalent
  • At least six months luxury hospitality experience
  • CPR, First Aid Certified preferred
  • Previous Housekeeping or Spa industry experience preferred
  • Valid US work authorization
