Coordinate subcontractors and site personnel
Interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations
Manage power, control, and auxiliary cable installation

Knowledge of civil works
Experience working for TenneT
Knowledge of Dutch language
Fluency in English and intermediate Spanish
Support testing and commissioning activities
Key Requirements
Basic electricity courses
Proven experience in substation construction projects
