Ferring is seeking a Deputy Director for its Medical Affairs department specializing in reproductive and maternal health in China. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in medical affairs, particularly in gynecology and obstetrics, and will be responsible for leading a team to enhance medical communication and support for key opinion leaders

Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for leading the MA&MSL team for assigned therapeutic areas, steering medical communication to key opinion leaders and customers to spread knowledge and reputation of Ferring and its products.
  • The position is also responsible for steering the strategic medical business focus, ensuring therapeutic area medical affairs team management including coaching, talent development, performance management, and process optimization.
  • Supervises, develops, and manages Phase IV studies and IITs, ensuring proposals align with medical objectives and commercial objectives within Ferring locally and globally, following SOPs.
