Job Summary

  • This role supports the Epsilon program and contributes to the operational readiness of new manufacturing plants in Costa Rica.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment, as well as supporting product component installation.
  • Comply with GMP, GDP, and health, safety, environmental, and ergonomics standards, maintaining a clean and organized work area.

  • Statistical Process Control
  • Instructor or SME experience
  • Laser or ultrasonic welding exposure

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years assembly experience
  • Recent small parts assembly experience
  • Proficiency with measuring tools
  • Experience with adhesive and bonding processes
  • Soldering experience
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with Lean and SPC
