Job Summary

  • You will be responsible for developing manufacturing methods for P&WC engine components (turbines, compressors, combustion chambers, etc.).
  • You'll have the chance to work as part of a team of some thirty methods agents, NC programmers and special process specialists.
  • This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Longueuil, and performed exclusively on-site.

Must-have

  • Develop manufacturing methods for engine components
  • Interpret technical requirements from drawings
  • Define tooling for assembly and control
  • Coordinate new product introduction processes
  • Support manufacturing workshop and external suppliers

Nice-to-have

  • Collaborate with machinists and inspectors
  • Establish work standards for process improvement
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of minimum experience as a Process planner
  • Experience as a machinist (CNC and/or conventional)
  • Mastery of Catia V5 software
  • Knowledge of SAP, PLM
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite and MS project
