  • The General Manager is responsible for the effective and profitable oversight of all day-to-day food and beverage operations, including concessions, catering, and premium services.
  • Develop and execute annual operating and capital budgets that support a fiscally sound operation, including labor forecasting, product mix, pricing strategy, and cost controls.
  • Uphold and enforce Legends Global standards of quality, service, and performance, while continuously enhancing and innovating guest experience for F&B offerings.
