Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • FPGA development processes including RTL design
  • Digital Signal Processing fundamentals on FPGAs
  • High-speed interfaces like Ethernet and DDR
  • Scripting experience in bash or Tcl
  • Hands-on experience with real-time embedded systems

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with SoC boards running bare metal code
  • Familiarity with building Linux drivers for FPGA peripherals
  • Experience with RFSoC boards and analog signal generation
  • Software development in C/C++ and Python
  • Knowledge of high-level synthesis tools like BlueSpec

Key Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship required for security clearance
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience or Advanced Degree with 3 years
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance required after day 1
  • STEM degree typically required
