Must-have
3+ years Product Design experience
Figma design and prototyping tools
Create journey maps and blueprints
High-fidelity designs and prototypes
Collaborate with cross-functional partners
Nice-to-have
Experience with established design systems
Work in heavily regulated data spaces
Strong portfolio demonstrating process
Influence outcomes through collaboration
Present work to diverse audiences
Key Requirements
At least 3 years of Product Design experience
At least 3 years with Figma or similar tools
Relocation to Plano, TX required if not local
