Job Summary

  • As a Supervisor, DSD Delivery, you will be responsible for managing daily plans, including order/route management, employee performance, and communication with internal/external customers and stakeholders.
  • Promoting a strong safety culture and driving plans to reduce branch incident/accident rates, while ensuring successful roadside inspections and conducting branch and cross-dock safety audits.
  • Managing the Delivery Labor Budget and demonstrating strong financial acumen, while driving the lowest cost per case in delivery operations by executing annual productivity plans and Lean Six Sigma/productivity projects.
