The Global Maintenance Strategy & Planning Lead is responsible for defining, governing, and continuously improving the global maintenance strategy and planning framework across all CSL Behring manufacturing sites.
This role sets the long-term direction for how maintenance work is prioritized, planned, scheduled, and resourced to support safe, compliant, and reliable operations.
The position provides strategic leadership for maintenance planning standards, shutdown and outage planning, asset care portfolios, and integration with reliability, capital, and MRO programs.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field
7+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or technical operations
Experience managing globally distributed teams
Experience leading maintenance strategy, work management, and planning/scheduling processes
Experience with CMMS and enterprise systems (SAP PM preferred)
Ability to lead change and influence without authority
